Ingredients

Serves 2-3 people

How to prepare them:

Place the dates in a medium-sized bowl and cover them with warm water. Let them soak for 1 hour. Drain and remove the pits.

Mix the dates, the almond powder, the moringa powder, the grated coconut meat, the coconut oil, the cocoa powder, and the chia seeds until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it sit for 25 minutes to tenderize the chia seeds. 

Make the balls with the mixture (with a tablespoon) that you will roll in the moringa powder. Put them on a plate and let them freeze for 1/2 hour in the freezer.
